Stage a Space combines my life's passions, styling in the fashion industry, interior design and home staging. Throughout my 20+ years in styling and merchandising for Ann Taylor, J. Mclaughlin and Sanyo Fashion House, I consistently worked with a common objective... simplicity, elegance, timelessness and approachability. Having staged dozens of homes and apartments on the North Shore and New York City, I love the challenge of taking a home from its living phase to its selling phase. My main objective is to create homes that buyers will fall in love with. The faster a home sells the greater the return on investment. 46% of the homes I've staged sell within 30 days and 24% have sold above the asking price. A staged home commands a higher price.
