I founded Annie Mandelkern Interiors in 2008 after a career designing for Kenneth Alpert (KADesign Group) and Rod Winterrowd Inc. These positions (along with others held prior) brought me experience in all facets of the business - from textile sales and customer service, to project management and creative design - and brought the privilege of working with celebrity and other inspiring clients in New York City, the Hamptons, Palm Beach, and Los Angeles among other markets. I consider myself fortunate to have worked for and learned from some of the industry's best. Above all else, I've learned that there's no substitute for hard work and being truly committed to making your clients' dreams come true.
My design approach is simple: to get a strong feel for what my client wants, and to make it the best it can possibly be! I believe that a designer should be able to work within their client's personal style, and make it come alive in a beautiful, and functional way. I strongly believe that the design process should be fun - with open communication, flexibility, and complete transparency.
